GoHighLevel, set up right the first time
CRM, calendars, phones and automation in one system. For your business, or white-labelled for your agency.

One system, not a list of services
Every channel we run sends its leads into the same GoHighLevel pipeline, where the AI answers, follows up and books. That is what you buy, whichever page you started on.
What we promise, in writing
Owners tell us the last vendor locked them in, kept their phone number, or handed the account to a junior. So we put these four in every proposal.
No auto-renew, no exit fees
Setup is a fixed project. Management is month to month after that. Cancel with 30 days notice and nothing renews behind your back.
You own everything
The GoHighLevel sub-account, the phone numbers, the ad accounts, the pixel and every lead stay in your name. Leave, and you keep them.
Reported by booked appointments
Not impressions, not ROAS screenshots. You see calls answered, appointments booked and shows, every week, in your own dashboard.
Built by the people you talk to
No junior handed 14 accounts. The engineers who scope your system on the call are the ones who build it and answer your messages.
What does a GoHighLevel agency do?
A GoHighLevel agency sets up and runs the platform for you so it works from day one, instead of sitting half-configured for months. GoHighLevel bundles CRM, pipelines, calendars, two-way SMS and email, phone numbers, funnels, websites, reputation management and AI agents in one subscription. Its weakness is that it does nothing useful until someone maps your business into it.
What GoHighLevel work do we take on?
Six things, from a first-time setup to a full white-label SaaS offer.
New account setup
Sub-account, pipelines, calendars, phone numbers, email sending domain, custom fields, tags and user permissions, built to your process.
Migration
Contacts, notes, appointments and pipelines moved from HubSpot, Pipedrive, spreadsheets or another GoHighLevel account without losing history.
Snapshots
Industry-specific snapshots you can deploy to a new client in minutes: workflows, funnels, calendars and email templates already in place.
White-label for agencies
Your brand on the login, the mobile app and the client dashboard. We configure the agency account, pricing tiers and onboarding flow.
SaaS mode
Sell GoHighLevel as your own software product with automated billing, usage rebilling and self-serve signup, on the Agency Pro plan.
Fix and optimise
Existing account not working? We audit workflows, deduplicate contacts, repair broken triggers and document what everything does.
Which GoHighLevel plan do you actually need?
Most single businesses and small agencies run on the $297 per month plan, which gives unlimited sub-accounts and the core platform. Agencies that want to resell AI features with a markup, run SaaS mode or rebill AI Employee usage to clients need the $497 per month Agency Pro plan. That distinction is the one people get wrong most often, so we settle it before any build starts.
What does a white-label GoHighLevel offer look like?
A white-label offer is your brand wrapped around GoHighLevel. Your clients log in at your domain, see your logo and colours, use a mobile app under your name, and never see the GoHighLevel brand. Behind that, each client is a sub-account built from a snapshot you own, so onboarding a new client takes an hour instead of a week.
We build the agency layer: the branded login, the snapshot library for the industries you serve, the pricing tiers, the onboarding workflow that collects what you need from each client, and the support process. You sell and manage relationships. We keep the platform running.
- Branded domain, login, email sending and mobile app
- Snapshots per industry with workflows, calendars and funnels
- Client onboarding checklist and automated setup sequence
- Monthly health check on every sub-account

The platforms and tools behind every system
We build on these platforms every day. Each one is a real account we set up and manage for you, not a plug-in we resell.
Logos are trademarks of their owners and indicate the platforms we work on. Skill Up Experts is an independent agency, not affiliated with these companies.
How does a GoHighLevel setup or migration run?
A standard setup takes one to three weeks. White-label and SaaS builds take longer because of billing and branding steps.
Process mapping
We document how leads arrive, how you sell, how you deliver and how you follow up. This becomes the blueprint for pipelines, calendars and workflows.
Account build
Sub-account or agency account configured: numbers, domains, fields, pipelines, calendars, permissions, templates and integrations.
Data migration
Contacts, tags, notes and appointments imported and checked. Duplicates merged. Historic conversations preserved where the source allows.
Workflows and automation
Follow-up, reminders, review requests and internal notifications built and tested with real scenarios before anything goes live.
Training and handover
Your team trained on the screens they will use every day. Written documentation for every workflow. Ongoing support if you want it.
Should you run one sub-account or an agency account?
| Setup | Best for | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Single sub-account | One business, one or a few locations | CRM, calendars, phones, automation and funnels for your own operation |
| Agency account ($297) | Agencies managing client accounts without reselling AI | Unlimited sub-accounts, snapshots, white-label branding |
| Agency Pro ($497) | Agencies reselling AI or selling GoHighLevel as SaaS | Everything above plus SaaS mode, usage rebilling with markup and AI Employee resale |
Why do so many GoHighLevel setups turn into a swamp?
Agency owners describe workflows that double-text customers, A2P registration started too late so texting was dead for weeks, migrations that dropped email open rates from 40 percent to 9, and monthly bills far above the plan price. Every one of those comes from build order, not from the platform.
- Registration first: A2P 10DLC, email domain warm-up and WhatsApp approval start on day one, because they take two to six weeks.
- One workflow per job, with exit conditions, so a contact can never sit in two sequences at once.
- Usage caps and alerts on voice minutes, texts and email, with the real monthly cost shown to you before launch.
- Migrations run on a warm-up schedule, and every sub-account ships with a Loom library so your team is not dependent on us.
How does GoHighLevel connect to ads, websites and AI agents?
GoHighLevel is the hub that every other service we offer plugs into. Meta and TikTok lead forms post straight into pipelines. Google Ads calls come through tracked GoHighLevel numbers. Website forms, chat widgets and calendars are GoHighLevel embeds. AI voice and chat agents read and write the same contact records.
Where do we set up GoHighLevel?
We handle those steps as part of the build.
Which industries do we build snapshots for?
These are the verticals where we have ready snapshots and the most experience.
What should you read to understand it properly?

GoHighLevel questions we hear most
Do I need my own GoHighLevel subscription?
It depends on the arrangement. If you want to own the account and the data outright, you subscribe directly and give us access, which we recommend for businesses. If you prefer a managed setup, we can host your sub-account under our agency account and include the platform in one monthly fee. Either way, your data can be exported at any time.
Can you migrate us from HubSpot or another CRM?
Yes. We export contacts, companies, deals, notes and appointments, map the fields to GoHighLevel, import in stages and check the result against the source. Email history can usually be preserved as notes. We run the old and new systems in parallel for a short period so nothing is lost during the switch.
What is a snapshot and why does it matter?
A snapshot is a saved copy of a sub-account’s configuration: workflows, pipelines, calendars, funnels, templates and custom fields. Agencies use snapshots to deploy a proven setup to a new client in minutes. We build snapshots per industry so each new client starts from a working system rather than a blank account.
Which plan do I need to resell AI agents?
The $497 per month Agency Pro plan. Rebilling AI Employee usage to sub-accounts, with or without markup, is only available on that plan. The $297 plan is fine for managing client accounts and passing some usage through at cost, but it does not let you resell AI with margin.
How long does a full white-label setup take?
Usually three to six weeks. The account build is quick, but branding the domain and mobile app, configuring pricing tiers, writing onboarding workflows and creating the first snapshots takes time to do well. SaaS mode adds billing configuration and testing on top.
Will SMS actually deliver in my country?
Only if registration is done. In the US, A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration is required before carriers will pass business texts reliably. We complete the registrations as part of every setup.
Can you fix an existing GoHighLevel account instead of rebuilding it?
Yes, and often that is the better option. We audit the account, list every workflow and what it does, find broken triggers and duplicate contacts, and give you a written plan. Some accounts need a tidy-up, others need a rebuild from a clean snapshot. We tell you which before any work starts.
What will GoHighLevel really cost per month?
The plan is $97, $297 or $497, but owners are right that the plan is the smallest part of the bill. Texting, voice minutes, email sends and premium workflow actions are metered. Most single-location businesses land between $400 and $1,700 a month all-in. We show you the estimate for your volume before you commit, and usage is passed through at cost.
