Agencies & White-Label

Sell AI automation under your own brand

We build and run GoHighLevel systems for your clients, under your name and NDA. You keep the relationship.

The system

One system, not a list of services

Every channel we run sends its leads into the same GoHighLevel pipeline, where the AI answers, follows up and books. That is what you buy, whichever page you started on.

In writing

What we promise, in writing

Owners tell us the last vendor locked them in, kept their phone number, or handed the account to a junior. So we put these four in every proposal.

No auto-renew, no exit fees

Setup is a fixed project. Management is month to month after that. Cancel with 30 days notice and nothing renews behind your back.

You own everything

The GoHighLevel sub-account, the phone numbers, the ad accounts, the pixel and every lead stay in your name. Leave, and you keep them.

Reported by booked appointments

Not impressions, not ROAS screenshots. You see calls answered, appointments booked and shows, every week, in your own dashboard.

Built by the people you talk to

No junior handed 14 accounts. The engineers who scope your system on the call are the ones who build it and answer your messages.

The problem

Why do agencies struggle to deliver AI automation profitably?

Agencies struggle because AI automation is easy to sell and hard to fulfil. A client says yes to an AI receptionist and a follow-up system, and the agency discovers that building voice agents, workflows, calendars and integrations well takes specialist time it does not have. The project runs late, margins vanish, and the account manager ends up doing setup work at midnight.

  • “I am the bottleneck.” Every workflow, snapshot and client fix still runs through you.
  • Clients leave after the first three months, or after one bad month, because delivery slipped while you were selling.
  • Freelancers who disappear mid-build, and a GoHighLevel setup that double-texts customers and burns weeks on A2P registration.
  • Clients who are skeptical of overseas fulfilment, and a market full of self-declared “GHL experts”.

GoHighLevel facts

What does an agency need on GoHighLevel to resell AI services?

An agency needs the right GoHighLevel plan before it can resell AI usage. The Agency Starter and Unlimited plans are $297 per month, and the Agency Pro plan is $497 per month. Rebilling AI Employee usage to sub-accounts, with or without a markup, requires the $497 Agency Pro plan. On the $297 plan you can use the AI features, but you cannot pass that usage through to clients as a billed line.

Snapshots and SaaS mode

How do snapshots and SaaS mode make an agency scalable?

Snapshots are pre-built GoHighLevel sub-account templates: pipelines, workflows, calendars, forms, email and SMS templates and AI agent configurations for a specific industry. Loading a snapshot means a new client starts from a working system instead of a blank account, and every client in that industry gets the same tested foundation.

SaaS mode lets you sell GoHighLevel access itself as your own software product, with your branding, your plan tiers and automated billing. Combined with snapshots, it means a client can sign up, pay, and receive a configured account without your team touching it. We build the snapshots, configure SaaS mode and document the whole thing so your team can run it.

  • Industry snapshots built and maintained for your niche list
  • SaaS mode plan tiers, Stripe billing and onboarding flows
  • White-label domain, branding and mobile app setup
  • Client-facing documentation and training videos in your brand
  • Version control so improvements roll out to every account
Confidentiality

How do we work under your brand without your clients knowing?

We work under NDA from the first call. Your clients see your brand on the platform, your domain on the login, your name on documentation and your team on calls. We operate inside your agency account as your fulfilment team, never contact your clients directly unless you ask us to, and never list your clients as our own. If you want us on client calls, we join as members of your team.

How it works

How does a partnership start and run?

A defined onboarding so your team knows exactly what to hand us and when.

1

Partner call

We review your services, niches, current GoHighLevel setup and what you want to sell, then agree scope and terms.

2

Agreement and access

NDA and partner agreement signed, then we get access to your agency account and set up white-label branding.

3

Snapshot and process build

We build or refine snapshots for your niches, define the client onboarding checklist and set up rebilling.

4

First client builds

We onboard your first clients under your brand with you reviewing every step, so the handover process is proven.

5

Ongoing fulfilment

New client builds, support, improvements and monthly reporting delivered under your name on a predictable schedule.

Markets

Where do we partner with agencies?

We already run systems in all three markets, so your clients get local-correct builds without your team learning each market’s rules.

Guides

What should you read to understand it properly?

Short, sourced guides. Each answers one question and links to the next.

FAQ

Questions agency owners ask us

How do you price white-label fulfilment?

Either per client build with a monthly maintenance fee, or a retainer that covers a set number of builds and support hours each month. Metered GoHighLevel usage such as voice AI minutes is tracked separately so you can rebill it. We agree the model on the partner call and put it in writing before any work starts.

Do we need the $497 GoHighLevel plan?

Only if you want to rebill AI Employee usage to your clients. The $297 plans let you use the AI features, but passing that usage through as a billed line, with or without markup, requires Agency Pro at $497 per month. We walk through the math for your client count so you choose the plan that actually pays.

Can you work inside our existing agency account?

Yes, that is the normal setup. You add us as team members with the access the work requires, and everything we build lives in your account. You are never dependent on an account we control, and removing our access takes one click if the partnership ends.

Will you ever contact our clients directly?

Only when you ask us to, and then as members of your team. Our partner agreement and NDA cover this explicitly. We do not list your clients, publish case studies about them or approach them for direct work.

Can you also handle client support?

Yes. We can run a white-label support desk under your brand for the systems we build, with response-time commitments agreed in the partner agreement. Many agencies keep first-line contact themselves and escalate technical questions to us.

What niches do you have snapshots for?

Dental and medical clinics, real estate, home services, eCommerce and professional services, with more built on request. If your agency focuses on a niche we have not covered, we build the snapshot with you and it becomes yours.

How quickly can you onboard a new client for us?

With a snapshot in place, a standard client build is usually live within a couple of weeks, depending on how quickly the client supplies calendars, scripts and access. Custom builds take longer, and we give you a dated plan for each one.

My clients are skeptical of offshore fulfilment. How do you handle that?

They never see us unless you want them to. Work happens inside your sub-accounts under your brand and an NDA. You get named engineers, US-hours availability, a Loom for every build, and a weekly delivery report you can forward. Most partners introduce us as their build team, and some never mention us at all.

What if a client finds out it is GoHighLevel?

With a proper white-label setup they see your domain, your logo, your app name and your support address. HighLevel does not appear anywhere client-facing. We also set up SaaS mode billing and permissions so clients cannot wander into agency settings. If you want to be open about the platform, that works too; the value they pay for is the system, not the software.
