How are metered costs like AI voice minutes handled?
GoHighLevel bills AI voice usage per minute, and we pass that usage through to you at cost, separately from our fees, so you always see what the platform charges and what we charge.

Pricing questions
Why do you not list fixed prices?
Because scope varies widely. A single AI receptionist for one location and a multi-location system with four ad platforms are different projects. Listing one number would either overcharge small clients or mislead large ones. You get a specific quote in writing after a 30-minute call.
Is ad spend included in your fee?
No. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta, Google, TikTok or Snapchat from accounts you own. Our fee covers strategy, build, management and reporting. We recommend a budget based on your market and goals.
Is there a minimum contract?
Setup projects have a defined build period stated in the scope. Retainers then run month to month. We would rather earn the renewal each month than lock you in.
Do you charge for the strategy call or the audit?
No. Both are free and end with a written recommendation you can act on with or without us.
Can I start small and expand?
Yes. Many clients begin with the Growth System or a single ad platform and add services once the first piece is producing appointments. Everything is built on the same GoHighLevel system, so adding later does not mean rebuilding.
Do you offer white-label pricing for agencies?
Yes. Agencies reselling our systems get a separate rate card. GoHighLevel requires the Agency Pro plan, currently $497 per month, to rebill AI usage to sub-accounts, and we help you structure that. See the agencies page.
Is there an exit fee or an auto-renewal?
Neither. Owners tell us about phone-system contracts they could not leave and CRMs that renewed for a year because someone missed a 30-day window. We do not do that. Setup is a one-off project, management is month to month, and if you leave, your numbers, accounts and data go with you.
