Every job call answered, even on a roof
We install the system that answers, quotes the visit and books it before you climb down.

One system that catches the call, books the visit and asks for the review
Your number, your dispatch board and your tools (ServiceTitan, Jobber or Housecall Pro) stay. We add the answering, follow-up and ads layer on GoHighLevel and run it for you.
What we promise, in writing
Owners tell us the last vendor locked them in, kept their phone number, or handed the account to a junior. So we put these four in every proposal.
No auto-renew, no exit fees
Setup is a fixed project. Management is month to month after that. Cancel with 30 days notice and nothing renews behind your back.
You own everything
The GoHighLevel sub-account, the phone numbers, the ad accounts, the pixel and every lead stay in your name. Leave, and you keep them.
Reported by booked appointments
Not impressions, not ROAS screenshots. You see calls answered, appointments booked and shows, every week, in your own dashboard.
Built by the people you talk to
No junior handed 14 accounts. The engineers who scope your system on the call are the ones who build it and answer your messages.
Does this sound like your Tuesday?
Home service leads are the most expensive leads to lose because the caller is usually ready to book today. When the phone rings while you are under a sink, the next company on Google gets the job.
- You are on a ladder or under a crawlspace, the call goes to voicemail, and the homeowner rings the next guy on Google. Owners say a $10,000 job was won only because someone picked up mid-job.
- Google Local Services leads cost $45 to $80 each, and a large share of those calls are never answered.
- Open estimates sit in the CRM with nobody chasing them, while shared-lead platforms sell the same homeowner to five contractors in a bidding war.
- Software that locks you in: $22,000 exit fees, auto-renewals nobody noticed, and a phone number held for months after you cancel.
What changes in the first 30 days?
In the first month we install four pieces on top of your existing setup. Your number stays, your dispatch tool stays, and your technicians do not learn new software.
- Missed-call text-back in seconds, with an AI that asks the address, the problem and the preferred time, then books into your service calendar
- An AI dispatcher that answers after hours and on busy, separates emergency from scheduled work and routes emergencies to your on-call phone
- Estimate follow-up sequences by text and email at day one, day three and day seven, with a one-tap accept link
- Google Local Services Ads and Google Search campaigns with call tracking into GoHighLevel, plus review requests two hours after every completed job and a weekly report on calls, jobs booked and cost per booked job
What a typical week looks like before and after the system
| Moment | Today | With the system |
|---|---|---|
| A call while you are under a sink | Voicemail, customer calls the next company | Text-back in seconds, AI books the visit |
| A no-heat call at 11 pm | Nobody answers until morning | AI flags it as an emergency and rings your on-call phone |
| An estimate sent on Monday | No follow-up unless you remember | Text on day one, three and seven with an accept link |
| A Local Services Ads lead | Charged whether or not you answered | Answered, booked and disputed automatically if it is not a real lead |
| A job completed at 3 pm | No review request | Text with your review link at 5 pm |
| Friday afternoon | No idea how many calls were missed this week | Report: calls answered, jobs booked, cost per booked job, reviews gained |
What does it cost and how do you pay?
Pricing is a custom quote because a one-truck plumber and a twelve-technician HVAC company need different builds. You pay for the setup, the ad management if we run Local Services or Search ads, and the platform usage, which we show line by line. Read the AI receptionist cost guide and the pricing page before the call.
- One custom quote after the call, based on what we install and which ads we run
- GoHighLevel usage is metered and passed through at cost, with the numbers on your weekly report
- Voice AI runs at $0.10 to $0.20 per minute speech-to-speech (September 2026 rates), so a quiet month costs less than a busy one
- No long contract for the setup phase; the management phase is month to month
What clients say
Faik Ahmed โ Founder, Styka.pk (clothing brand)
I wanted to thank Skill Up Experts for the GHL services they gave me for the automation of my business. Kashif and his team really helped me achieve my targets โ we went from 10 orders per day to 200 orders. It’s highly recommended from our side, do give it a try.

Questions owners ask before the call
Will customers know they are texting an AI?
Yes, if they ask, and the tone is plain and local: it asks for the address, the problem and a good time, like a good office manager would. It never quotes a price you have not approved. Anything unusual goes to you as a callback with the conversation attached.
What about real emergencies at night?
The AI dispatcher recognizes emergency language (no heat, burst pipe, sparking outlet), tells the caller help is coming, and rings your on-call phone immediately. If nobody picks up, it retries and texts the details, so the customer is never left waiting on a voicemail.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. We add forwarding rules to your existing number: on no-answer, on busy and after hours. Your truck wrap, your Google Business Profile and your Local Services listing keep the same number.
How long does setup take?
Two to three weeks for the phone and text system, then ads once calls are being answered reliably. Week one is call flows and calendar, week two is testing with real scenarios from your last month of calls, and follow-up sequences go live as the first estimates go out.
I use ServiceTitan, Jobber or Housecall Pro. Does this replace it?
No. Your dispatch and invoicing tool stays where it is. GoHighLevel handles the conversations, follow-up and ads around it, and we connect the two where an integration exists or agree a simple handoff rule for bookings where it does not.
Will a high-ticket caller just hang up on an AI?
They will if it cannot answer specifics, which is the failure owners describe. So the agent is scripted on your real questions (service area, brands you install, financing, emergency rates) and any full-system or replacement call is warm-transferred to a human. Older callers who want a person get one after two turns, with a text to confirm.
Do I have to leave ServiceTitan, Jobber or Housecall Pro?
No. All three have booking APIs, so the job the AI books lands in the dispatch board your team already uses. GoHighLevel handles the answering, texting and follow-up around it. You keep your software, your numbers and your data, and there is no contract that stops you changing your mind.
What should you read before the call?
- AI marketing for home services is the full home services system this page summarizes, with licensing and consent details for the USA.
- Missed-call text-back for home services explains the text flow that catches calls while you are on a job.
- Google Local Services Ads for home services covers who qualifies for the Google Guaranteed badge and how leads flow into the CRM.
