Who is behind Skill Up Experts?
Malik Kashif (Muhammad Kashif on LinkedIn) founded Skill Up Experts in February 2024 and leads every build. He is a software engineer (The Superior University, Lahore, 2022–2026) who spent four years in local SEO and lead generation before moving into automation, and he has run GoHighLevel and AI voice systems for US clients since 2024, including an eight-month build for a med spa in North Texas. He builds AI receptionists in English and Urdu, follow-up pipelines, reminder and reactivation workflows, and the websites and chatbots that feed them. Every page on this site is written or reviewed by him; his author profile lists what he has published.

Malik is a software engineer who has spent the last several years inside GoHighLevel accounts, building the pipelines, automations and AI receptionists that this site describes. He has worked with more than 100 clients across the USA, from single-location clinics to agencies that white-label the platform.
He still builds. Every system Skill Up Experts installs is scoped, wired and tested by him or by an engineer he has trained, which is why the strategy call is with someone who can answer technical questions on the spot.
Why did we start Skill Up Experts?
We started because we kept seeing the same problem: good businesses spending real money on ads and then losing the leads to slow follow-up, scattered inboxes and no one answering after hours.
Fixing that is not a marketing problem or a software problem alone. It needs the ads, the website, the CRM, the automation and the reporting to be built as one system by people who understand all of them. That is what we do.
Malik Kashif leads the agency from Lahore, working US Central Time hours with clients in Texas, California and the wider USA. He came to automation from the lead-generation side: four years of local SEO taught him that most businesses don’t have a traffic problem, they have a follow-up problem, and that the fix is a system, not another ad campaign. He still answers the strategy calls himself.
