What is GoHighLevel white-label and how does it work for agencies?
GoHighLevel white-label is the ability to present the platform to clients under the agency’s own name, logo, domain and mobile app, so clients log in to the agency’s software rather than to GoHighLevel, on either the $297 or the $497 monthly plan.
What does white-label mean in GoHighLevel?
White-label in GoHighLevel means the client-facing parts of the platform carry the agency’s branding instead of HighLevel’s. The login page sits on the agency’s domain, the logo and colours are the agency’s, system emails come from the agency’s address, and the mobile app can be published under the agency’s name. HighLevel remains the software vendor; the agency is what the client sees.
White-label is included in both agency plans. The $297 plan gives unlimited branded sub-accounts. The $497 Agency Pro plan adds SaaS mode, which automates sign-up and billing, and the right to rebill AI and messaging usage at a markup. Branding alone does not need the higher plan.
The commercial point of white-label is retention. A client who logs into an agency-branded system every day to see calls, texts and bookings associates the results with the agency, and a client who leaves loses the system. That is a different relationship from an agency that only runs ads.
What can be branded and what cannot?
The table lists each client-facing element, whether the agency can brand it, and which plan it needs.
| Element | Can it be branded? | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Login page domain (app.youragency.com) | Yes | $297 or $497 |
| Logo, colours, favicon inside the dashboard | Yes | $297 or $497 |
| System email sender name and domain | Yes | $297 or $497 |
| Help and support links | Yes, pointed to the agency | $297 or $497 |
| Mobile app on the App Store and Google Play under the agency name | Yes, as a paid add-on with an agency developer account | $297 or $497 |
| Funnels, websites and forms shown to end customers | Yes, always | $297 or $497 |
| Self-serve sign-up and card billing under the agency brand | Yes | $497 only |
| Rebilling SMS, email, phone and AI usage with markup | Yes | $497 only |
| Platform terms of service and data processing | No, HighLevel’s terms apply underneath | n/a |
| Third-party integration screens (Facebook, Google, Stripe login) | No, those show the third party’s brand | n/a |
How do agencies make white-label work commercially?
Agencies make white-label work by selling the system as part of a retainer, as a standalone software fee, or as both. In a retainer the branded platform is the delivery layer for ads and automation and its cost is inside the monthly fee. As a standalone product the agency charges a software subscription per client, which on the $497 plan can be automated through SaaS mode.
In the United States the common structure is a setup fee, a monthly software fee that covers the sub-account and a usage wallet, and a separate management fee for whoever runs the campaigns.
White-label works commercially only when onboarding is repeatable. An agency that rebuilds every client by hand cannot support many branded accounts; an agency with a tested snapshot per industry can. The brand is the wrapper; the snapshot is the product.
How do you set up GoHighLevel white-label?
Five steps take an agency account from HighLevel branding to the agency’s own.
Add the custom domain
Create a subdomain such as app.youragency.com, point its CNAME to HighLevel’s white-label target, and set it as the agency domain in settings.
Upload logo, colours and favicon
Set them at the agency level so every new sub-account inherits them, then override per client where a client wants its own logo.
Configure branded email
Verify the agency sending domain and set the sender name so notifications, password resets and reports come from the agency.
Order the white-label mobile app if needed
Requires an Apple Developer and Google Play developer account in the agency’s name and takes weeks for store review; plan it early.
Point support to the agency
Replace help links with the agency knowledge base and route client messages into the agency’s own GoHighLevel inbox.
What does a white-label agency still have to deliver?
A white-label agency still has to build, test and support the systems inside the brand. Branding does not build workflows, register A2P 10DLC numbers, write AI agent instructions or answer a client at 9 pm. Clients judge the agency by whether calls are answered and appointments are booked, not by the logo on the login page.
Most agencies split that delivery. They keep sales and account management, and use a fulfilment partner for the technical build, monitoring and support under their brand. That is the arrangement we run for agency partners: their name on the login, our team behind the workflows, under a written NDA.
- Industry snapshots built and tested before any client is loaded
- Phone number, A2P 10DLC, domain and calendar setup per sub-account
- AI voice and chat agent instructions written and reviewed for each client
- Weekly monitoring of workflow execution logs and usage wallets
- Client support in the agency’s name from the agency’s own inbox
What are the limits of white-label?
White-label does not hide the platform from a client who has used GoHighLevel before, does not change HighLevel’s underlying terms, and does not remove third-party brands from the Facebook, Google and Stripe connection screens. It also does not change support: HighLevel supports the agency, and the agency supports its clients.
The remaining limit is the mobile app. The branded app is a paid add-on that needs the agency’s own developer accounts and passes through App Store and Play Store review, so it is a project of weeks rather than a setting. Agencies that skip it keep the branded web login, which most clients use anyway.
Common questions about GoHighLevel white-label
Do I need the $497 plan for white-label?
No. Branding the domain, logo, colours and emails is available on the $297 plan. The $497 Agency Pro plan is needed for SaaS mode, automated billing and rebilling AI or messaging usage with a markup.
Will my clients see the GoHighLevel name anywhere?
Not on the login page, dashboard, emails or branded app. They may see it on third-party connection screens and in the platform’s underlying terms. A client who has used GoHighLevel elsewhere may recognise the layout.
Can each client have its own logo?
Yes. Agency-level branding is inherited by every sub-account, and any sub-account can be given its own logo and colours, which matters for franchises and multi-brand groups.
Can I white-label the mobile app?
Yes, as a paid add-on. The agency needs its own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts, and store review typically takes weeks, so it is planned as a separate project.
Who does the technical work behind a white-label agency?
Either the agency’s own team or a fulfilment partner working under NDA. We provide the second option: snapshots, setup, AI agents, monitoring and support delivered under the agency’s brand.
