Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to relevant tools and accounts, and reasonable cooperation needed to complete a project. Delays caused by incomplete information may affect project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom automations, workflows, and configurations built for a client become the client’s property upon full payment. Skill Up Experts retains ownership of its general methodologies, templates, and pre-existing tools used to deliver services.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are defined per engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, will be specified in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

6. No Guaranteed Results

While we build systems designed to improve efficiency and conversion, Skill Up Experts does not guarantee specific business outcomes, as results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, and team execution.

7. Limitation of Liability

Skill Up Experts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
