Google Ads for people already searching for you
Search, Performance Max and Local Services, tracked to the call and the booking, not the click.

One system, not a list of services
Every channel we run sends its leads into the same GoHighLevel pipeline, where the AI answers, follows up and books. That is what you buy, whichever page you started on.
What we promise, in writing
Owners tell us the last vendor locked them in, kept their phone number, or handed the account to a junior. So we put these four in every proposal.
No auto-renew, no exit fees
Setup is a fixed project. Management is month to month after that. Cancel with 30 days notice and nothing renews behind your back.
You own everything
The GoHighLevel sub-account, the phone numbers, the ad accounts, the pixel and every lead stay in your name. Leave, and you keep them.
Reported by booked appointments
Not impressions, not ROAS screenshots. You see calls answered, appointments booked and shows, every week, in your own dashboard.
Built by the people you talk to
No junior handed 14 accounts. The engineers who scope your system on the call are the ones who build it and answer your messages.
What does a Google Ads agency do differently from Meta?
A Google Ads agency reaches people at the moment they search for what you sell, which makes it the highest-intent channel most businesses have. Meta interrupts someone who was not looking. Google answers someone who was. The work is choosing the right keywords and match types, writing ads that match the search, sending clicks to a page that answers the query, and tracking calls and forms back to the keyword that produced them.
Which Google campaign type fits your business?
| Campaign type | Best for | How we track it |
|---|---|---|
| Search | Any business with clear buying keywords; the core of most accounts | Call tracking numbers and form conversions in GoHighLevel |
| Local Services Ads | Eligible home services, legal and some health categories in the US | Leads pushed into GoHighLevel, disputes managed weekly |
| Performance Max | eCommerce with a product feed, or services with many pages and a strong conversion signal | Purchase or booking events via Google Tag and offline conversion import |
| Call-only and call ads | Emergency and same-day services where the phone closes the sale | GoHighLevel tracked numbers with recording and AI summary |
| Remarketing (Display and YouTube) | Higher-ticket services with a longer decision cycle | Audience lists from site visitors and GoHighLevel contact stages |
Who owns the ad account, the pixel and the leads?
You do. Founders tell us about retainers where the agency owned the landing page and the CRM, so leaving meant starting from zero, and about accounts handed to a junior buyer juggling fourteen clients. We work inside your Business Manager and your CRM, and you can remove our access any day.
- Ad account, pixel, Conversions API and landing pages are created in your name, never ours.
- A senior buyer runs your account. You know their name and you talk to them, not an account manager.
- Creative is refreshed on a schedule, because the spike-then-plateau pattern owners describe is usually creative fatigue nobody is watching.
- Reported by cost per booked appointment or cost per order, not by ROAS screenshots taken on a good day.
How do we know which keywords produce customers?
Each campaign, and where useful each ad group, gets its own GoHighLevel tracking number. When a call comes in, the number tells us which campaign produced it, the call is recorded, and an AI summary and transcript are attached to the contact. If the call converts to a booking, that booking is sent back to Google as an offline conversion.
The result is a report that shows spend by keyword against booked appointments by keyword, not just clicks and cost per click. Keywords that produce calls nobody answers are visible too, which usually leads to a conversation about an AI voice agent.
- Tracked numbers per campaign, recorded and transcribed
- Form and chat leads tagged with campaign and keyword
- Bookings imported back to Google as offline conversions
- Weekly view of spend versus appointments, not just clicks
How does a Google Ads engagement run?
Setup takes one to two weeks. Optimisation is continuous after that.
Audit and keyword research
If you have an account we audit it for wasted spend, search-term leakage and tracking gaps. Either way we build a keyword plan grouped by intent.
Tracking build
Google Tag, conversion actions, GoHighLevel tracking numbers, form connections and offline conversion import configured and tested.
Campaign build
Tight ad groups, responsive search ads written to match each group, negative keyword lists, location and schedule settings, and landing pages that match the query.
Launch and daily management
Search terms reviewed daily in the first weeks, bids and budgets adjusted, poor-quality queries excluded, ad copy rotated based on data.
Weekly report and monthly review
A weekly summary of spend, calls, forms and bookings by campaign, and a monthly call to agree budget moves and new tests.
Do you need a landing page for Google Ads?
Usually yes, and a specific one per service. A search for emergency plumbing should land on a page about emergency plumbing with a phone number at the top, not on a home page. Our web development team builds service pages and dedicated landing pages that load fast, match the keyword, and post forms straight into GoHighLevel. That improves quality score, lowers cost per click and raises conversion rate at the same time.
How do Google Ads connect to GoHighLevel?
Three connections. Tracked phone numbers in GoHighLevel handle calls, record them and attach them to contacts. Website and landing page forms post into GoHighLevel pipelines with the campaign and keyword stored as custom fields. Booked appointments and closed deals are exported back to Google as offline conversions so bidding improves over time.

Who do we run Google Ads for?
The categories where search intent is strongest and our playbook is proven.

Google Ads questions we hear most
Google Ads or Meta ads: which should I start with?
If people already search for your service by name, start with Google Search because the intent is there. If your offer is new or visual, or your category has low search volume, Meta is usually the better starting point. Many of our clients run both, with Google capturing demand and Meta creating it, and one GoHighLevel pipeline handling the follow-up for each.
How much should I spend on Google Ads?
Enough to buy a meaningful number of clicks at the cost per click in your market. We estimate that from keyword data for your city and category, then work backwards from the bookings you want. We give you a starting budget and a testing reserve on the strategy call, and we say no if the budget cannot produce a readable result.
What is a Local Services Ad and do I qualify?
Local Services Ads appear above regular search results for eligible categories and are billed per lead rather than per click. Eligibility depends on your category and country, and requires background and licence checks. Many US home services, legal and some health businesses qualify. We check eligibility and handle the verification process.
How do you track phone calls from ads?
Each campaign gets a GoHighLevel tracking number that forwards to your real line. Calls are recorded, transcribed and summarised, and attached to the contact with the campaign as the source. If a call leads to a booking, we send that back to Google as an offline conversion so bidding optimises toward calls that convert.
Will Performance Max work for a service business?
Sometimes. Performance Max needs a reliable conversion signal and enough volume to learn from. For eCommerce with a product feed it is usually strong. For a single-service local business, a well-built Search campaign typically outperforms it. We start with Search and add Performance Max once there is conversion data to feed it.
Can you take over our existing Google Ads account?
Yes. We audit tracking, search terms, negative keywords, ad relevance, landing pages and wasted spend, and give you a written summary. Then we restructure in stages so the account keeps its history. You keep ownership of the account throughout; we work as a manager on it.
How long before Google Ads produce results?
Search campaigns usually produce clicks and calls within days. Reaching a stable cost per booking takes a few weeks of search-term cleaning and bid adjustment, and Smart Bidding needs conversion data to learn from. We report weekly so you see the direction early rather than waiting for a monthly summary.
Do you guarantee a ROAS or a number of leads?
No, and we would be wary of anyone who does. Guarantees like “3 to 5x ROAS in 90 days” or “double your leads or you do not pay” ignore your offer, your market and your follow-up. What we do commit to is transparent reporting on booked appointments and a written scope you can cancel with 30 days notice.
What happens to the account if we stop working together?
Nothing. It is your account, your pixel and your data. We remove our access and hand over a short document of what is running, what the audiences are and what to keep on. Owners who were locked out of their own accounts by a previous agency usually ask this first, and the answer is the same every time.
