For dental practice owners

Every new-patient call answered, every chair filled

The front desk is also the phone line. We install the system that answers, books and reminds, so your team treats patients.

Your system

One system that answers the phone, fills the schedule and brings past patients back

Your existing number, your practice software and your team stay. We add the follow-up layer around them on GoHighLevel and run it for you.

In writing

What we promise, in writing

Owners tell us the last vendor locked them in, kept their phone number, or handed the account to a junior. So we put these four in every proposal.

No auto-renew, no exit fees

Setup is a fixed project. Management is month to month after that. Cancel with 30 days notice and nothing renews behind your back.

You own everything

The GoHighLevel sub-account, the phone numbers, the ad accounts, the pixel and every lead stay in your name. Leave, and you keep them.

Reported by booked appointments

Not impressions, not ROAS screenshots. You see calls answered, appointments booked and shows, every week, in your own dashboard.

Built by the people you talk to

No junior handed 14 accounts. The engineers who scope your system on the call are the ones who build it and answer your messages.

Sounds familiar?

Does this sound like your Tuesday?

Most practices we talk to lose new patients in the same four places, and none of them are clinical. As we covered in our California clinic research, 62% of small-business calls go unanswered, and a missed appointment costs a clinic roughly $200 at an 18 to 19% no-show rate.

  • The second line rings out while your receptionist is checking someone in, and the caller rings the next practice on the Google results.
  • After-hours calls go to voicemail. Practice owners report finding out from the missed-call log, by accident, that a fifth of them never called back.
  • No-shows and same-day cancels eat chair time, and the $90 fee is awkward to enforce without losing the patient.
  • A phone-system contract that “will not let you out”, with support that vanished after onboarding.
What we install

What changes in the first 30 days?

In the first month we install four pieces on top of your current setup. Nothing is ripped out, your number stays, and your practice software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft or Curve) keeps the clinical record.

  • An AI receptionist on your existing number that answers new-patient calls after hours and on hold, books into your GoHighLevel calendar and texts a confirmation
  • Missed-call text-back within seconds for any call the desk cannot take, with the AI continuing the conversation by text
  • A reminder sequence by text and email, the evening before and two hours before, with a confirmation branch and an AI call for anyone who does not confirm
  • Google Ads for new-patient searches in your area with call tracking, and a weekly report showing calls answered, appointments booked and cost per booked appointment

What it costs

What does it cost and how do you pay?

Pricing is a custom quote because a two-chair practice and a four-location group need different builds. What you pay for is the setup, the ad management if we run ads, and the platform usage, which we show line by line. Read the full breakdown on the AI receptionist cost guide and the pricing page.

  • One custom quote after the call, based on what we install and which ads we run
  • GoHighLevel usage is metered and passed through at cost, with the numbers on your weekly report
  • Voice AI runs at $0.10 to $0.20 per minute speech-to-speech (September 2026 rates), so a quiet month costs less than a busy one
  • No long contract for the setup phase; the management phase is month to month

What clients say

Faik Ahmed โ€” Founder, Styka.pk (clothing brand)

I wanted to thank Skill Up Experts for the GHL services they gave me for the automation of my business. Kashif and his team really helped me achieve my targets โ€” we went from 10 orders per day to 200 orders. It’s highly recommended from our side, do give it a try.

Your questions

Questions owners ask before the call

Will the AI sound robotic to my patients?

No. The agent uses a natural voice, your practice name and your own wording for insurance, pricing and hours. We test it against real call scenarios with you before it goes live, and any call it cannot handle is transferred or booked as a callback with a summary in your inbox.

What happens when a patient asks something the AI cannot answer?

It says so plainly, offers to book a call with your team or a consultation slot, and logs the question. You see every transcript. Clinical questions are never answered by the agent; they are routed to your staff, which is also how we keep HIPAA-sensitive detail out of automated replies.

Do I need to change my phone number?

No. The AI receptionist sits behind your existing number through call forwarding rules you control: after hours, on no-answer after a set number of rings, or on busy. Your published number, your Google Business Profile and your signage stay the same.

How long does setup take?

Most practices go live in two to four weeks. Week one is scripts, forwarding rules and calendar setup, week two is testing with real scenarios, and the reminder and recall sequences follow once bookings are flowing. Ads, if included, start after the phone system is live.

I already use Dentrix, Open Dental or Eaglesoft. Does this replace it?

No. Your practice management software stays the clinical and billing record. GoHighLevel handles the conversations, reminders and follow-up around it, and we connect the two where an integration exists or set a simple double-entry rule for bookings where it does not.

Does it write back into Dentrix or Eaglesoft?

Not directly, and we will not pretend otherwise: Dentrix and Eaglesoft do not allow outside calendars. The agent holds the slot in GoHighLevel, texts the patient a confirmation, and your front desk confirms it into the PMS in one click with the call transcript attached. Open Dental and Curve expose APIs, so there the appointment can be written automatically.

We were locked into a phone contract before. What is different here?

No auto-renewal, no exit fee, and the phone numbers are registered in your name so they port out with you. Management is month to month with 30 days notice. That is in the proposal, in writing, because practice owners tell us this is the thing that burned them last time.
