Ads that bring buyers, flows that bring them back
Meta and TikTok ads, cart recovery and WhatsApp follow-up from one pipeline. Consent handled for US.

Ads, cart recovery, support replies and reviews connected to one store pipeline
Every ad click, checkout and DM is tracked to an order, so you scale creative on revenue, not on clicks.
What we promise, in writing
Owners tell us the last vendor locked them in, kept their phone number, or handed the account to a junior. So we put these four in every proposal.
No auto-renew, no exit fees
Setup is a fixed project. Management is month to month after that. Cancel with 30 days notice and nothing renews behind your back.
You own everything
The GoHighLevel sub-account, the phone numbers, the ad accounts, the pixel and every lead stay in your name. Leave, and you keep them.
Reported by booked appointments
Not impressions, not ROAS screenshots. You see calls answered, appointments booked and shows, every week, in your own dashboard.
Built by the people you talk to
No junior handed 14 accounts. The engineers who scope your system on the call are the ones who build it and answer your messages.
Why does revenue stall even when ad spend goes up?
Because the money leaks after the click. Carts get abandoned and nobody follows up. Support DMs about sizing and delivery sit unanswered overnight, so the buyer purchases elsewhere. Creative fatigues and the same ad runs for weeks. Reviews are never requested, so the next campaign has no proof to show.
- Meta feels like burning money: a $5 to $7 CPA for two days, then $40 to $50 overnight with nothing changed.
- Abandoned-checkout opens fell from 40 percent to 15, and bot checkouts are poisoning your flows and deliverability.
- Support emails take until evening, Instagram DMs sit in an inbox nobody owns, and a slow reply on TikTok Shop is a lost sale.
- The last agency took $5,000 a month, the founder vanished, and a junior with fourteen other clients sent AI-written reports.
What changes in the first 30 days?
Your Shopify store connects to GoHighLevel so every checkout, order and abandoned cart becomes a contact. A cart-recovery sequence goes out by text, WhatsApp and email with the cart link. An AI chat agent answers sizing, order status and return questions on your site and in DMs. Meta and TikTok campaigns run on a monthly creative test, judged on orders. Review requests go out seven days after delivery. You see spend, orders and cost per order in one weekly report.

- Abandoned-cart sequence by text, WhatsApp and email with consent handled
- AI chat agent for sizing, order status and returns, on site and in DMs

What a typical week looks like before and after the system
| Moment | Today | With the system |
|---|---|---|
| Cart abandoned at 11 pm | One generic email the next day | Text or WhatsApp with the cart link within the hour, follow-up in the morning |
| DM asks about sizing | Answered next afternoon | AI replies in a minute with the size guide and a link to the product |
| A creative starts fatiguing | Spend keeps running on it | Next month’s test already has the replacement angle ready |
| Order delivered | No review request | Review request seven days later, best reviews reused in ads |
| Monday planning | Guessing from Ads Manager | Weekly report: spend, orders, cost per order, recovered carts |
| Customer bought 90 days ago | Never contacted | Reorder message with the products they bought |
What does it cost and how do you pay?
We quote after the call, based on your ad budget, order volume and which flows you need; there is no menu price on the website. Ad spend goes to Meta and TikTok directly from your accounts. GoHighLevel usage is metered and passed through at cost: texting, WhatsApp and email are billed per message, and Voice AI, if you use it, runs at $0.10 to $0.20 per minute (September 2026 rates). Our management fee is separate and fixed monthly. See how our engagements are priced and how we measure cost per result.
What happened to three Shopify stores we manage?
Shopify dashboards, year on year, shared with the store owners’ permission. Store names and locations are hidden.

These are specific stores in specific months. Results depend on product, margin, budget and follow-through, and are not a promise of what your store will do.
Faik Ahmed — Founder, Styka.pk (clothing brand)
I wanted to thank Skill Up Experts for the GHL services they gave me for the automation of my business. Kashif and his team really helped me achieve my targets — we went from 10 orders per day to 200 orders. It’s highly recommended from our side, do give it a try.

Questions founders ask before the call
Will automated messages annoy my customers?
Not if they are timed and consented. Cart messages go once within the hour and once the next morning, then stop. Every text and WhatsApp message requires opt-in at checkout, and every message carries a way to stop. We set the frequency with you and monitor replies.
What if the chat agent gives a wrong answer about an order?
It only answers from your store data and your approved policy text: order status from Shopify, sizing from your size guide, returns from your policy. Anything outside that is handed to you with the thread attached, so no customer gets an invented answer.
Do I have to move off Klaviyo or my current email tool?
No. Email can stay where it is. GoHighLevel takes the text, WhatsApp and chat flows and the ad-to-order tracking. If you want everything in one place later, we migrate it step by step.
How long before the ads and flows are live?
The Shopify connection and cart flow go live in the first week. The creative test needs one to two weeks of production, so paid campaigns usually start in week two or three. Review requests start with the first deliveries after launch.
Are the results on this page typical?
No. They are three specific stores in specific months, shared with permission. Your results depend on product, margin, budget and follow-through. We show them so you can see what the system tracks, not as a promise.
Is this just another $10,000-a-month agency?
No. Ads and flows are scoped as a fixed project first, then month to month with 30 days notice. You own the ad account, the pixel and the customer data. And you are reported on cost per order and recovered revenue, not on impressions or a ROAS screenshot from a good Tuesday.
Will cart recovery and WhatsApp follow-up annoy customers or get us flagged?
Not if it is built properly. Bot checkouts are filtered before they enter any flow, consent is captured per channel for US buyers, and the sequence stops the moment someone buys or replies. Founders who saw open rates collapse usually had bot traffic and no suppression, which is the first thing we fix.
What should you read before the call?
- AI marketing for ecommerce brands is related to Shopify growth because it explains the whole store system, from ads to reviews, in one place.
- Abandoned cart recovery is related to lost revenue because recovered carts are the cheapest orders you will get this month.
- Meta ads for ecommerce is related to scaling because it shows how creative tests are judged on orders, not clicks.
