Meta ads that book appointments, not just clicks
Facebook and Instagram campaigns with every lead in your CRM and followed up within a minute.

One system, not a list of services
Every channel we run sends its leads into the same GoHighLevel pipeline, where the AI answers, follows up and books. That is what you buy, whichever page you started on.
What we promise, in writing
Owners tell us the last vendor locked them in, kept their phone number, or handed the account to a junior. So we put these four in every proposal.
No auto-renew, no exit fees
Setup is a fixed project. Management is month to month after that. Cancel with 30 days notice and nothing renews behind your back.
You own everything
The GoHighLevel sub-account, the phone numbers, the ad accounts, the pixel and every lead stay in your name. Leave, and you keep them.
Reported by booked appointments
Not impressions, not ROAS screenshots. You see calls answered, appointments booked and shows, every week, in your own dashboard.
Built by the people you talk to
No junior handed 14 accounts. The engineers who scope your system on the call are the ones who build it and answer your messages.
What does a Meta ads agency actually do?
A Meta ads agency plans, builds, runs and reports on advertising across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and the Audience Network. The work has four parts: deciding who to reach and what to offer, producing and testing ad creative, managing budgets and bids daily, and making sure every lead is followed up. Most agencies stop at the third part. We treat the fourth as the reason the first three exist.
Which Meta campaign objective should you be using?
| Objective | When to use it | What it feeds into |
|---|---|---|
| Leads (instant forms) | Service businesses that want enquiries fast with minimal friction | GoHighLevel pipeline, instant text-back and AI qualification |
| Leads (landing page) | Higher-ticket services that need more context before enquiry | Conversion-first page built by our web team, form posts to GoHighLevel |
| Sales (catalog or website) | eCommerce brands with a pixel and product feed | Meta Pixel and Conversions API, purchase data back to reporting |
| Engagement (video views, messages) | Warming an audience before a launch or building retargeting pools | Custom audiences for the next campaign |
| Awareness or reach | Rarely; only for a launch in a small local area with a clear follow-up plan | Retargeting only |
Who owns the ad account, the pixel and the leads?
You do. Founders tell us about retainers where the agency owned the landing page and the CRM, so leaving meant starting from zero, and about accounts handed to a junior buyer juggling fourteen clients. We work inside your Business Manager and your CRM, and you can remove our access any day.
- Ad account, pixel, Conversions API and landing pages are created in your name, never ours.
- A senior buyer runs your account. You know their name and you talk to them, not an account manager.
- Creative is refreshed on a schedule, because the spike-then-plateau pattern owners describe is usually creative fatigue nobody is watching.
- Reported by cost per booked appointment or cost per order, not by ROAS screenshots taken on a good day.
How do we decide which ads to run?
We test, in a structured way, rather than guess. Every month we brief a set of creative variations around two or three angles: a problem the customer recognises, a proof point you can substantiate, and a clear offer. Each angle gets image and short video versions, and each version is written for the placement it will run in.
Ads run in a testing campaign with a fixed budget until a winner is clear on cost per qualified lead, not just cost per click. Winners move to the main campaign and get scaled. Losers are documented so we do not repeat them. You see the creative and the numbers in the weekly report.
- Two to three angles tested every month, image and video
- Winners judged on qualified leads and bookings in GoHighLevel
- Retargeting sequences for people who engaged but did not enquire
- Substantiated claims only; we will not run a number you cannot back up
How does Meta ads management run month to month?
Setup takes one to two weeks. After that, this is the rhythm.
Account and tracking setup
Business Manager, ad account, Pixel and Conversions API, lead form fields and the GoHighLevel connection. Nothing runs until tracking is verified.
Offer and audience plan
We agree the offer, the geography, the audiences and the budget split between testing and scaling. You approve it in writing.
Creative production
Copy, images and short video briefs produced by us, or built from assets you supply. Every ad checked against Meta policy before launch.
Daily management
Budgets, bids, frequency and audience overlap reviewed daily. Underperforming ad sets paused early. Winners scaled in steps, not jumps.
Weekly report and monthly review
A short weekly summary with spend, leads, cost per booking and what changes next. A monthly call to decide the next tests.
How do Meta ads connect to GoHighLevel?
Every Meta lead form is connected to GoHighLevel so the lead appears in the pipeline the second it is submitted. From there the follow-up workflow takes over: an immediate text, an email with what to expect, a call attempt from your team or an AI voice agent, and a reminder sequence if the lead has not booked within a day. Leads that book are tagged, and that tag is reported back to Meta through the Conversions API so the algorithm optimises toward people who actually show up.
Who do we run Meta ads for?

What did Meta ads deliver for ecommerce stores we manage?
Shopify dashboards, year on year, shared with the store owners’ permission. Store names and locations are hidden.

These are specific stores in specific months. Results depend on product, margin, budget and follow-through, and are not a promise of what your store will do.
Meta ads questions we hear most
What budget do I need to start Meta ads?
Enough to run a real test. The right figure depends on your market, your average sale value and how many leads you can handle. On the strategy call we work backwards from the number of bookings you want and the realistic cost per lead in your category and city, then recommend a starting budget and a testing reserve. We do not take on accounts where the budget cannot produce a readable result.
Do you produce the ad creative or do we?
Either. We write all copy and produce image ads and short video briefs as standard. If you have a videographer or product photography, we build ads from those assets. If you have nothing, we can produce simple creative or coordinate a shoot. Our social media team often supplies footage that doubles as ad creative.
How quickly will we see leads?
Lead campaigns usually produce enquiries within the first days of going live. Whether those leads are good enough, and whether cost per booking is acceptable, takes a few weeks of testing to establish. We report weekly so you can see the trend rather than waiting for a month-end summary.
Why do you insist on GoHighLevel for follow-up?
Because speed of follow-up decides whether a lead becomes a customer, and most businesses cannot respond to every lead in under a minute by hand. GoHighLevel lets us automate the first response, qualify with an AI agent, and report bookings back to Meta. If you already use another CRM we can connect it, but the automation layer runs in GoHighLevel.
Will you make claims about results in the ads?
Only claims you can substantiate. Endorsement and advertising rules in the US require that any result shown in an ad is typical or accompanied by a clear statement of what customers generally achieve. We write ads around your offer, your process and specific proof you can document, and we will tell you if a claim you want to run is a risk.
Do you run Instagram and Facebook separately?
Usually together with placement-specific creative, because Meta’s delivery works best across placements. We build vertical video for Reels and Stories and square or landscape for feed. If your audience lives on one platform, we can restrict placements, but we start with the data before deciding.
Can you take over an existing ad account?
Yes. We audit the account first: tracking, audience structure, creative history, frequency, policy issues and wasted spend. You get a written summary of what is working, what is not and what we would change. Then we restructure in stages so the account does not lose learning overnight.
Do you guarantee a ROAS or a number of leads?
No, and we would be wary of anyone who does. Guarantees like “3 to 5x ROAS in 90 days” or “double your leads or you do not pay” ignore your offer, your market and your follow-up. What we do commit to is transparent reporting on booked appointments and a written scope you can cancel with 30 days notice.
What happens to the account if we stop working together?
Nothing. It is your account, your pixel and your data. We remove our access and hand over a short document of what is running, what the audiences are and what to keep on. Owners who were locked out of their own accounts by a previous agency usually ask this first, and the answer is the same every time.
